Zayuk Safe is software for Property Associations and Property Association Managers to log their data in relation to assets, finances, governance, and service requests.
Safe functions with both Home Owner and Corporate Associations.
To begin you will enter the app at https://safe.zayuk.com/ and login or sign up.
Once logged in you you can enter your user credentials including name, phone number, address, profile picture, language, and emergency contact information.
Adding an association in Safe is as simple as clicking 'Add Association' in the header which displays a popup, where a user can define a new association, the association's country, and the user's role in that association.
User roles are a critical part of using Safe. We distribute permissions across users depending on their role. When a user creates a new association they can do so from the role of a board member or a property manager.
Only board members and association managers are permitted administrative privileges. Where other roles, such as general members, tenants, and vendors are not permitted the same privileges.
