Only board members or managers have the privilege to add residents, vendors, and managers; general members, tenants, and vendors do not have this permission.
Board members or managers can also promote general members to board members, granting them special privileges, and remove them from the board if needed.
All users can set their profile picture for association visibility.
In the "Vendors" dashboard, association leaders have administrative privileges while vendors have limited privileges.
To add a manager, input their email and name to grant them administrative rights to the association.
To add a vendor, input their email, name, and choose their service type. Vendors will only be granted visibility to tickets they were assigned to.
Managers and vendors can be removed by clicking the "remove" button to maintain an updated roster.
In the vendors tab users are able to set up payments to each vendor. We recommend users set up payments with vendors through these portals although they are able to be invoiced by the vendor directly.
Within a unit, owners and tenants can be added as associate residents from the unit.
Each unit can have up to four residents: two owners and two tenants.
By managing vendors, residents, managers , board members, and unit occupants, users can effectively coordinate association tasks on the Zayuk Safe platform.
