Zayuk Safe operates with two distinct voting groups:
Board Voting Group: Board members who vote on matters concerning the association’s governance and operations.
General Voting Group: General members (e.g., residents or unit owners) who vote on broader community issues.
General members can view all relevant votes in the My Account section, in their listed units. This provides them with easy access to votes directly impacting their unit or community.
General members must submit their ballots for votes through the My Account section. This ensures a streamlined process for general members to participate in votes that affect their residence or community.
Board members can access all board-related votes in the “Board” section under the association. This section is dedicated to board members for matters of governance and decision-making within the association.
Board members submit their ballots for board votes in the “Board” section. This provides a dedicated interface for board members to participate in voting on association-level matters.
This structure ensures that ballots are submitted and tracked in a user-friendly manner, with each voting group accessing their specific votes in the correct section of Zayuk Safe.
