Tickets can be created from the top bar's 'Create Ticket' button. From there the user will be given a series of ticket type options depending on their role in the association; Tenants and general owners can create violations, service, and architecture requests, while board members and managers additionally can create violations and requests for proposals.
Tickets are categorized by their purpose in type:
Service Request
Violation
Architecture Request
Dispute Resolution
Request for Proposal
Tickets have different parameters depending on their type.
Tickets can be tagged to vendors, governance items, or assets. By tagging an item with a ticket you create a data connection to keep all stakeholders aware of the assets or rules being discussed in the ticket. Additionally any vendors tagged in tickets will have viewing and commenting capability to allow them direct communication to residents under manager and assocaition supervision.
